FAQ
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What color they are deciding upon is likely the most important. You want to ensure you will be happy with that color for a minimum of 5 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet them in person before deciding to hire them.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I know this sounds cheesy, but I am fond of all of my projects!
What types of customers have you worked with?
People of all ages. Mostly homeowners, but I have done several commercial projects as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always loved to paint. One year after I painted our bedroom, my husband suggested I go into business for myself. Greatest decision we ever made.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associates degree in business management and I was a licensed hair stylist for 10 years.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to come to their location to give them a free in home / business estimate.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I realize my years of experience are not up to par with my competitors. I am however, confident in my ability. Therefore, I will offer lower or discounted rates early on as a show of good faith to any customer who decides to choose me for their project.
